To get others to change their opinion of you, you will have to change your own opinion of yourself. This change though is only possible when you ignore the negative comments, which will stop your own negative thoughts impacting upon your body, your mind and your own self-confidence.

You may ask, what is the solution? How can you stop negative thoughts? Well the answer could be as simple as just getting your body to listen to your positive thoughts. Your mind can be trained like any other part of the body, and through self-hypnosis positive thoughts can be easily applied.
